The new and outgoing SPLs have come up with a video discussing the 30-day tenderfoot physical fitness requirement (6a-6c). this will be a great thing do get started on while we can't meet .
Follow the directions in the video and their scout handbook for recording initial achievement, set up a plan to improve over the next 30 days AND WRITE DOWN WHAT YOU ARE DOING. This should be shared with your patrols mentor (see later email) . At the end of the 30 days will need to show improvement on a retest. I have found Sutherland track to be an easy place to get this done but feel free to use another location if needed.
