Opening

• Unlock Trailer for access to tools, supplies, and SOP book

• Sign In using this form (QRC is also posted inside the trailer)

• Count Trees and record number using this form

• Ensure each Scout and Adult volunteer Signs In and Signs Out immediately when arriving and leaving

Scout safety 

• Ensure Adult two deep leadership at all times

• Ensure Scout Buddy System (min 2 Scouts) when Scouts need to use the restroom. First Free has been welcoming.

• Ensure Parents for all drop offs are aware of 2 deep leadership (can't drop and go) and need for pickup flexibility due to weather or slow sales.

Sales

• All Tree Prices on sign

• Assist Customers with sale ensuring inventory, payment type, and donation is recorded accurately in Zeffy

• Cash/check get processed via Zeffy (for tree inventory)

• Note the Zeffy TIP is not a donation to Scouting.

Closing

• Ensure all items are returned to the Trailer and the Trailer is locked.

• Count Trees and record number using this form

• Coordinate any checks/cash hand office with Finance Team (name in SOP Book)

• Turn off Solar lights when possible.
